1. General Terms

Easy Host Middle East operates short-term rental accommodations in accordance with UAE laws, including DTCM regulations. By booking or listing a property through our platform, you agree to comply with all local rules and our terms.

2. Guest Responsibilities

All guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
Guests agree to respect the property, community rules, and occupancy limits.
Any damage to the property caused during the stay must be reported and may be charged to the guest.
Parties, events, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

3. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been processed and approved.
Prices may vary depending on seasonality, availability, and special offers.
Guests are responsible for verifying the full booking details prior to confirmation.
Taxes and government fees may apply based on local regulations.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
Check-out time: before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

The applicable cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking.
Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

6. Property Listings

Property owners listing with Easy Host Middle East confirm that:

They have legal ownership or management rights over the property.
The property is compliant with DTCM and UAE short-term rental regulations.
They authorize Easy Host to manage bookings, pricing, marketing, and guest relations.

7. Platform Use

Users agree not to misuse the site or services for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
Easy Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of terms.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Easy Host is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damages arising during the guest’s stay, except in cases of proven negligence.
While we strive to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings, descriptions, or availability are always error-free.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

11. Modifications

Easy Host Middle East may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
